Overview

AT-DCH drill pipe cementing head is an intermediate cementing tool connecting ground cementing lines; cement truck etc, Cement equipment and running string, to complete cementing. We can use DP elevator to put cement manifold on the rotary table smoothly during the operations, and put DP plug in it.

1. Body and bonnet are made of high strength material with T thread connecting, two O-ring sealing, convenient dismounting, high strength coupling and high pressureseal capacity.

2. Lift sub is use to close Dp slip and the holes on it are use for screwing on T thread.

3. 2"no upset tubing thread and nice commonality. There's no clearance coupling between 2"tubing pup joint and body, and insulated welding after assembling, with high seal and bending capacity. lt is suit for common cementing pipe manifold.

4. The extension plug cavity is suit for common DP plugand special extension plug.
