Overview

Anton Quick-PortAT Smart toe sliding sleeve is a new type ofelectric control sliding sleeve independently developed by Anton,and is a fracturing tool among e-tool series electric controlcompletion tools. Quick-PortAT Smart toe sliding sleeve is composed of mechanical parts,pressure sensor,high-temperature circuit boardhigh-temperature battery and special solenoid valve.The pressurewave code signal of the wellhead pumping equipment is used totransmit the signal to the downhole circuit control board throughthe sensor.The circuit board compares and analyzes the receivedsignal with the set signal to control the opening action of thesolenoid valve and sliding sleeve

1. Using the pressure control signal to open, the limit of the conventional toe end sliding sleeve rupture disk and the static pressure in the well depth are broken;

2. Large inner diameter and large diameter design will not affect the cementing construction and reserve space for later operation;

3. The inner wall is treated with corrosion-resistant coating to prevent cement bonding and oil salt scaling;

4. It can be used in deep and ultra-deep wells without construction
risk;

5. Before the sliding sleeve is opened, the casing can be subjectedto unlimited pressure tests without time limit;
