Overview

AT-FC float collar is designed for casing cementing For first cementing float collar provides wiper plug for bumping pressure and prevents magma to go into annulus.There is a back pressure valve in float collar to prevent cement back into the casing and make it have a certain bearing capacity.

Float collar back pressure valve is made of aluminum alloyand drilled by PDC bit.
High strength valve core can prevent erosive wear duringcirculation with reliable bumping pressure and reversepressure capacity.
The valve core is made of special rubber sealing materialwith reliable back pressure sealing capacity,resisting hightemperature and high pressure.And it applies to the maxtemperature of190℃.
Reserving plug anti rotating locking groove at the top ofback pressure valve,matching with anti-rotating plug,prevent to rotate after bumping.
