Overview

PMC screen is a patented premium screen technology with excellent performance for sand control,and is an upgraded technology of sintered premium screen and unwoven metal fiber screen. Composite screen is composed of base pipe,composite sand control filtering shroud and externalprotective stainless steel shroud.Base pipe is APl standard casing or tubing,and the sand control filteris made of stainless steel mesh in an all-welded structure.PMC filter layers are characterized by highpenetrability,high strength,high non-deformability,high reliability and effective corrosion resistance,making a high-performance product for mechanical sand control technology.

Double-precision design of sand control sleeve:such structure improves the sand control reliabilityas well as the plugging resistance capability.
External protective sleeve with bridge-type side flow ports:the filtering layer can be effectivelyprotected in the hole and during servicing,to avoid direct corrosion damage of fluids to the filteringlayer and to prolong its service life.
Multiple 316L stainless steel PMC metal mesh has high sand control reliability and strongsurvivability.
PMC can effectively solve the problems such as sand production of fine silt and sand production inthermal recovery of heavy oil.
