Overview

This tool is mainly used to isolate the horizontal well string from the wellbore. After setting, the pressure in the pipe can be increased in stages according to the requirements, making the open hole packer and suspension packer set, releasing tool, and differential pressure slide sleeve open.

1. The WlV isolates the internal pressure of the Frac-Point system from the borehole pressure.

2. The WlV uses a ball-activated seat that shifts at a predetermined pressure.

3. In the closed position, o-rings provide a secondary seal removing the risk of loss of pressure/fluid due to premature ball failure.

4. The WlV is completely re-dressable in case of accidental presetting.

5. A high torque rating allows for “drill down”capabilities.

6. Available in premium thread configurations.

7. Available with “fit for purpose” ball seat size selection.
