Business Model

l Authorized Purchasing Business Model: Anton signs a sales framework contract with the customer (agreeing on the details of the purchase and the corresponding price), selects the preferred resources according to the customer's order, signs a procurement contract with the resource party according to the terms of the back-to-back contract on the basis of responsibilities and rights and completes the delivery of the performance. The customer pays Anton in the form of order settlement according to the price of the framework contract, and Anton pays the supplier according to the price of the procurement contract, and gains revenue through the price difference;

l Intermediary Procurement Model: Anton and the customer sign a procurement agreement and agree on the agency fee rate and related terms, the customer gives Anton the procurement requirements in the form of orders, Anton executes the procurement according to the procurement requirements and delivers all the products to the customer for settlement and payment after the verification and confirmation, and Anton obtains the revenue through the collection of agency fee.
