Business Model

l Anton-led: Anton, as the contracting body, provides business platform support, enters into a sales agreement with the customer, enters into a procurement agreement with the resource party, the resource party is responsible for and performs to Anton, Anton delivers and performs to the customer, and Anton performs the whole process of production and operation and management responsibilities and obligations and obtains operating income according to the agreement of the sales and procurement contract;

l Resource party-led: according to the strategic cooperation agreement between the two parties, combined with specific projects, the resource party may sign a sales contract with the customer as the contracting body, and sign a project cooperation agreement with Anton, the resource party is directly responsible for and delivers to the customer, and Anton provides the corresponding support services according to the agreed performance and obtains the project revenue;
