Business Model

Authorized operation model: the resource party exclusively authorizes technical services to Anton, Anton signs technical service contracts with customers and technical service contracts with the resource party back-to-back with the terms of responsibility and rights in the sales contract, the resource party provides the whole process of technical services, and Anton performs the operation and management responsibilities and rights and obligations according to the content of the contract;

Commission fee model: the resource party will exclusively authorize the technical services to Anton, both parties combined with the specific market situation, the resource party directly with the customer to sign a technical service agreement, Anton to provide channel services and collect agency service fee.

Joint operation model: Anton and the resource party jointly operate, in the name of consortium or joint venture company for capacity building, market development and expansion and maintenance, project acquisition and implementation, the whole process of production and operation management, etc., will be based on the actual situation of in-depth discussion of the specific details of cooperation.
