Overview

RH supramolecular multi-functional oil displacement agent is developed for the problems existing in polymer flooding, binary flooding and ternary compound flooding. It has the characteristics of temperature resistance, salt resistance and mechanical shear resistance. Through its own molecular structure, it can realize deep profile control and flooding of reservoirs. It is a highly efficient technology for deep profile control and flooding of reservoirs. It has the characteristics of strong viscosity increasing performance, good viscosity stability, strong salt resistance and good emulsifying solubilization performance.

High and medium permeability water flooding oilfield (permeability >100mD), temperature 26 ~ 80°C.
1.Through multi-component graft copolymerization, the ASP flooding is optimized to be one-component flooding, which can adapt to the profile control, depressurization and injection increase, viscosity reduction of heavy oil in high, medium and low permeability oilfields, high temperature and high salinity, and improve the recovery rate by 8 % -20 %. The effect is better than polymer flooding, surfactant flooding, alkali flooding and composite flooding;

2.It has good temperature resistance, salt resistance, anti-oxidation, anti-biodegradation and good system stability. It has good solubility and emulsification, and strong ability to solubilize crude oil. Viscosity, viscoelasticity is strong;

3.Controllable molecular weight : molecular weight is generally 300~500×104, far less than ordinary polymer, molecular weight and viscosity can be adjusted, suitable for different permeability reservoirs;

4.The problem of easy scaling of strong alkali in ASP flooding, serious damage to formation and damage to equipment is solved;

5.Equal mobility displacement is realized, which solves the problem of large difference in propulsion speed between polymer and surfactant in binary composite flooding;

6.It has the function of reducing viscosity and pour point, which ensures the lifting fluidity of the produced liquid, and can meet the production needs of reducing viscosity and pour point in the later stage of conventional low viscosity crude oil and high viscosity heavy oil development;

7.The product has low molecular weight, short molecular chain, easy to dissolve, and is not easy to wrap and block the formation, which is convenient for sewage treatment and beneficial to environmental protection.
The product has been industrialized and has been successfully tested in Daqing, Shengli, Henan, North China, Tuha, Jilin and other oil fields in China. The field test in Daqing Oilfield shows that the recovery rate of the central well in the experimental area of RH supramolecular multifunctional oil displacement agent is 27.5% higher than that of water flooding, which shows the great potential of RH supramolecular multifunctional oil displacement agent flooding technology.

1.Water injection well : injection oil pressure increased from 7.1 MPa to 10.95 MPa ; the water absorption profile is effectively adjusted, the water absorption of the strong water absorption layer is obviously reduced, and the water absorption in the layer becomes relatively balanced.

2.Oil wells : 10 wells are effective, with an efficiency of 50% ; the daily oil production increased by 29.3 t/d, and the comprehensive water cut decreased by 5.7%.
