Overview

The Y445 packer is primarily used to control the rise of water in oil wells and to implement layered water blocking and oil extraction technology. It can serve as a bridge plug to replace cement plugs in blocking lower high-pressure water layers, or it can be used as a suspended packer for sealing in the upper and lower operations.

It performs exceptionally well in oilfield operations, particularly in scenarios where the rise of water in oil wells needs to be addressed. It effectively blocks high water-cut layers, improving the production efficiency of the oil wells.
It is used in processes such as suspended pipe strings for oil-water wells, layered sand control, layered oil extraction, water blocking, bridge plugs, sand settling bags, and oil testing. This technology has been successfully applied in over 6,000 wells both domestically and internationally, with a wide range of clients, including Shengli Oilfield, Henan Oilfield, Jidong Oilfield, Xinjiang Oilfield, and Dagang Oilfield. Internationally, it has been successfully applied in regions such as Sudan, Colombia, and Kazakhstan, achieving excellent results in sand control and production enhancement.
