Overview

This technology is used in loose sandstone oil and gas reservoirs, particularly in water and steam injection development, and in heavy oil reservoirs with severe sand production. When the sand control pipe string cannot be placed at the designed well depth due to continuous sand production from the reservoir, this technology allows for simultaneous flushing and lowering during the descent process, enabling the tools to reach the designed position smoothly. Anton provides reverse filling technology services and supporting tools for conventional casing completion well types.

When the pipe string encounters resistance while entering the well, simultaneous flushing and lowering can be performed to ensure successful placement of the pipe string;
After opening the filling channel and entering the well, fine sand is prevented from entering the sand screen, which could otherwise hinder the positioning of the service tool;
The multi-stage packer and anchoring protection mechanism prevent the packer from sliding down.
Reduces construction time and provides better continuity of sand control processes.
This technology has been successfully applied more than 6,000 times both domestically and internationally, with a wide range of clients, including Shengli Oilfield, Henan Oilfield, Jidong Oilfield, Xinjiang Oilfield, and Dagang Oilfield.
