The drilling and completion fluid production line was established in 2012 and is engaged in drilling and completion fluid technology and supporting services. Adhering to the service concept of service-based, quality-oriented and technology-based development, we strive to provide customers withmore safe, more environmental friendly, efficient and economical drilling and completion fluid services.

It provides technical services for drilling and completion fluids in variousdrilling environments for client around the world. lt has independent research and development capabilities and focuses on horizontal wells. ultra deep wells, high-temperature wells and highly difficult wells. lts mainbusiness covers four service modes: integrated drilling and completion fluid service, engineer service, drilling and completion fluid material salesand drilling and completion fluid station, and supporting equipment services.
Drilling and completion fluid production lines have operated more than 500 wells in Tarim, Karamay, Yanchang, Changqing, Sichuan, Shengli, Ethiopia, lrag and Chad, including more than 90 deep and ultra deep wells(well depth >6500 meters) ,We operate two R&D center in Chengdu and Korla, mainly focusing on drilling and completion fluid system development, provide solutions for complex problems from field site, improve the quality control system, and check the chemical materials usedfor operation; It has a storage and processing capacity of 2300m3 in Baicheng, Xinjiang and Zigong, Sichuan, 1200m3 : With rich experience inmud station construction and operation management (storage, preparation, maintenance and leasing).

Ultra Low Density Oil Base Drilling (Completion) Fluid Service
The technology is a kind of oil base drilling (completion) fluid developed for abnormally low pressure formations, strong water sensitive lithology, old areas with depleted formations, and complex oil and gas reservoirs. It can apply in the drilling construction of shale with an equivalent density of less than 1.00g/cm3 for abnormally low pressure formations and strong water sensitivity, and the construction of workover (completion) fluids with a minimum equivalent density of 0.60g/cm3 for old areas with depleted formations and special processes.
