Platform Zipper Fracturing Technology
Overview

The "zipper" fracturing technology is based on the deployment of platform wells in shale gas and tight oil & gas horizontal wells, and realizes multi-stage cross-fracturing operations by using multi-stage water supply, continuous mixing, fracturing in one well and pumping bridge plug in another well (see figure below), which not only improves the pumping efficiency of equipment, but also realizes stress interference, SRV increase, and improve the recovery rate.

Anton has the service capacity of 200,000HHP which mainly consist of 2500HHP frac pumping trucks and related equipment, and also our cooperation resources can provide a large number of frac units and related equipment including 6000HHP electric pump, which can meet the needs of frac operations in major oil field in China.
The highest that has already performed for pumping pressure is 110MPa, the maximum pumping rate is 22m³/min, and the operation efficiency can exceeds 3 stages per day.


Completed fracturing of more than 20 platform well pads in the Weiyuan and Changning blocks with more than 3,000 stages.
