Overview

Anton Frac has a full set of 105/140MPa, 200,000HHP fracturing equipment, highly qualified expert team and operation team, providing design, equipment and material integrated fracturing technology service for conventional oil & gas/shale oil & gas/tight oil & gas/CBM, meeting the requirements of ultra-high pressure, huge rate, large-scale factory fracturing and the operation capability, such as N2 foam/CO2 fracturing. Anton have successfully performed more than 6,000 wells/15,000+ stages of fracturing operations, with the highest pumping pressure reaching 110MPa and the maximum pumping rate reaching 22m3/min; also have strategic partners with high quality fracturing equipment resources and global service capability.

Platform Zipper Fracturing Technology
The "zipper" fracturing technology is based on the deployment of platform wells in shale gas and tight oil & gas horizontal wells, and realizes multi-stage cross-fracturing operations by using multi-stage water supply, continuous mixing, fracturing in one well and pumping bridge plug in another well (see figure below), which not only improves the pumping efficiency of equipment, but also realizes stress interference, SRV increase, and improve the recovery rate.
