Leak Testing
Overview

Leak testing can effectively detect the exact location of leakage points in industrial facilities such as flanges, valves, instruments, etc., which facilitates on-site repairs and provides efficient protection for the safe operation of industrial facilities. Leak testing adopts different test methods according to the design pressure, design temperature, internal medium and operation status of the process system, and provides a full range of leak testing services including hydraulic test, gas tightness test and helium leak testing.

Hydraulic test: industrial facilities are gradually pressurized through a pressurization system, with a test pressure of up to 170MPa, to determine the integrity of the industrial facility by testing the drop in system pressure during the design time and the leakage of the test fluid.


Airtightness testing: Provide customized airtightness testing solutions according to specific customer needs and equipment characteristics.


Helium leak testing: Provide a variety of helium leak testing methods, such as vacuum method, suction gun method, helium mask method, helium spray method, etc., and the measurement accuracy can reach 1.0×10-10 mbar·L/s.
Professional certification qualification: with CNAS leak testing NB/T 47013.8 and CMA certification.
