Gas leak testing for tubing and casing
Overview

Gas leak testing for tubing and casing is a technology to test the gas tightness of threaded connections with helium gas on site. It is the most advanced method to judge the leakage at present, and is the key means to ensure the gas tightness of wellbore tubing column, which effectively solves the world-wide problem of natural gas well annulus production with pressure. At present, this technology has become a standard process in the construction of high temperature and high pressure gas wells, gas storage wells, CCUS wells, energy storage wells and so on. It is characterized by safety and reliability, sensitivity and timeliness, and wide range of application.

It can realize gas-tightness testing under pressure up to 120MPa, which meets the high standard requirements of the industry;

The quantitative description of gas tightness using small molecule helium seepage volume ensures the accuracy of the test results;

Single-point detection time is only 1.5 minutes, high detection efficiency;

Simultaneous testing of the factory end and the on-site connection end of the oil (casing) pipe coupling, which makes the test results more real and reliable.
SY/T 6872-2012 and SY/T 7338-2016 standard drafter, 52 national patents, with core intellectual property rights;

Internet + intelligent monitoring system, which can remotely monitor the testing pressure, synchronize the leakage rate data and automatically store it, and can trace the testing quality;

23 sets of equipment, 15 specialized teams, annual service up to 600 wells;

Participated in the gas seal inspection business of all gas storage reservoirs on land in China.
Service areas: Tarim, Sichuan, Junggar, Songliao, Bohai Bay, Ordos Basin and users of PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, State Official Website, Shenhua and so on;

Service well types: natural gas wells, reservoir wells, gas injection wells, CCUS wells, energy storage wells, shale gas wells, coal bed methane wells, etc. Various kinds of gas-sealed buckled tubulars, short sections and risers with diameters ranging from Φ60.3mm to Φ473mm are suitable for all kinds of rigs, workovers, offshore platforms and other conditioned conditions of work;

It has accumulated more than 3,000 wells and more than 1 million threaded connections.
