The Oil Casing and Tubing Inspection Branch is one of the pioneers in China to provide a comprehensive technical service that integrates oil casing and tubing inspection, repair, short node and accessory processing, and anti-corrosion technology. Since its establishment in 2002, it has been providing inspection and repair services for oil casings and tubings for over 20 years. Its services include integrated services for oil casings and tubings, detection and repair, detection evaluation technical services, mechanical processing technical services, and corrosion protection and assessment, as well as sales, quality determination, abnormal assessment, design experiments, and logistics and storage services for oil casings and tubings.

Integrated services refer to the detection, repair, and asset management services that are carried out according to the API, Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Tianjin Steel Pipe Group Corporation, and other related standards, combined with our own service capabilities, for the vast oil field users. By integrating technology, resources, and qualification capabilities, we provide a complete set of technical services to our customers, optimizing processes and smoothly connecting processes, managing customer assets with 100% transparency, helping customers quickly build service capabilities, and becoming a reliable and dependable "engineering steward" for the oil field.

The oil casing and tubing detection and repair technical services are aimed at providing solid and reliable inspection, repair, and processing technical services for oil casings, tubings, and sucker rods for oil field customers. This service follows the API and special thread-related technical standards to inspect, repair, and process oil and casing pipes in the base or at the well site, which is an important means to extend the service life of oil casings and tubings and reduce oil field production costs.

In response to the needs of oil field customers for processing short sections and various accessories and tools during the oil and gas trial production process, we provide supporting technical services around the construction of an integrated system. This is an important means to solve the basic support needs of oil field production, reduce the cost of oil field production, and not limited to the oil field, it also meets the design and external processing needs of various mechanical parts.

Corrosion protection and assessment provide comprehensive anti-corrosion technical solutions for corrosion issues in oil well tubes, oil and gas production facilities, and oil and gas transportation pipelines during all stages of oil field exploration, development, production, and storage. Specialized services for material lining protection and thermal insulation of pipeline equipment are also provided, effectively extending the service life of equipment and facilities, reducing safety risks, and helping customers achieve cost savings.
