Overview

The Oil Casing and Tubing Inspection Branch is one of the pioneers in China to provide a comprehensive technical service that integrates oil casing and tubing inspection, repair, short node and accessory processing, and anti-corrosion technology. Since its establishment in 2002, it has been providing inspection and repair services for oil casings and tubings for over 20 years. Its services include integrated services for oil casings and tubings, detection and repair, detection evaluation technical services, mechanical processing technical services, and corrosion protection and assessment, as well as sales, quality determination, abnormal assessment, design experiments, and logistics and storage services for oil casings and tubings.

Equipped with 4 repair workshops, 4 special production lines, and more than 120 key production and testing equipment;


16 utility model patents and 11 invention patents.
Mainly serves China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), Sinopec, CNOOC, and the international market;


In 2024, more than 550,000 oil and casing pipes were cleaned, inspected, and repaired;


A total of more than 1.7 million oil and casing pipes have been inspected and repaired, and more than 190,000 short nodes have been processed;


A total of more than 600,000 drilling pipes, oil (casing) pipes, and ground pipelines have been coated.
