Overview

Pressure flooding oil recovery technology is a new technology for enhanced oil recovery carried out by major oilfields in China in recent years, which is divided into forward pressure flooding oil recovery technology and reverse pressure flooding oil recovery technology. As early as 2017, the pilot experiment of reverse pressure flooding oil recovery was carried out in Daqing Lasa Xing Oilfield, and then promoted in Daqing Lamadian Oilfield, and good results were obtained.

Forward pressure drive technology
Higher injection pressure is needed, increasing the injection pressure from 30 mpa to 45 mpa or more.
It breaks the conventional water injection method and overcomes the problem of "no injection in, no production out" in low permeability reservoir block.
The pressure drive water injection technology has the advantages of enlarging pore throat radius, increasing percolation distance, redistributing remaining oil, and quickly and effectively replenishing formation energy.

Reverse pressure drive technology
It has the technical advantages of wide spread range, low seepage resistance, small loss along the way and high construction efficiency.
Capable of water flooding development in extremely low permeability blocks.
Replenish formation energy while flushing pore remaining oil.

Suitable for low permeability sandstone reservoir.Injection-production pattern of oil field with no or poor efficiency and low production degree。

At present, the pressure flooding technology has been implemented in Tuha oilfield, Jilin oilfield, Tarim oilfield and Shengli oilfield for more than 100 Wells.
